<p><b>New page</b></p><div>A 14-year-old boy faced Maroochydore District Court yesterday for insisting two young brothers perform oral sex on each other if they wanted a turn on his Playstation game. The accused teenager had also engaged in oral sex with the younger brother on a separate occasion and had put his penis between the boy's buttocks. The older brother was aged nine and the younger six and seven when the offences were committed against them in 2005 and 2006. The boy, who was aged 11 and 12 when he committed the offences, pleaded guilty last month but the case was adjourned for pre-sentence and psychological reports to be prepared.<br><br />

Sentencing the teenager yesterday to three years of probation, Judge John Robertson said the detailed reports revealed the offences were opportunistic and arose out of sexual curiosity, impulsivity and a lack of supervision. He said one of the boys had been seriously affected by the older boy's actions. Judge Robertson included a condition in the teenager's probation that he attend juvenile sexual offender programs at the Griffith University Forensic Assessment and Treatment Centre because it was important the boy did not "grow into an adult sex offender".<br><br />
