Sunrise over the Julia Tuttle Causeway is widely considered a beautiful sight. "I didn't have an address," Sanchez said in his native Spanish language. "Since I didn't have an address, they sent me here to live under the bridge. ... This is an injustice. This is punishment." Homeless shelters won't take them because of their status. If they could afford a place of their own, they would not be allowed to live anywhere near schools, parks or day-care centers.
