A Boy Scout leader accused of fondling two children in his troop pleaded guilty to the crime Thursday morning -- and as he was sentenced, the judge had some harsh words for him. Thursday's hearing dealt only with the abuse of one of the child because the other boy moved away from the area and the solicitors office was unable to track him down, so they dismissed that charge. James Brian Rhinehart pleaded guilty to the other charge and was sentenced to 12 years in prison.<br>
