Zou de verdrukking van de seksualiteit bij kinderen niet eerder schadelijk werken op hun latere psychische gezondheid dan de uitdrukking ervan? Vandaar werp ik een nieuwe vraag op. Vanwaar de strenge maatschappelijke en juridische veroordeling van de pedofilie? Is het inderdaad bewezen dat pedofiele contacten altijd schadelijk zijn? Ik ben er uit eigen ervaring van overtuigd dat die &lt;b&gt;altijd&lt;/b&gt; er in elk geval te veel aan is. Toch wordt dit impliciet in de wetgeving verondersteld (o.a. 248 bis, 244, 245 en 247). Wanneer een pedofiele verhouding aan het licht komt wordt die altijd gestraft, er hoeft niet eens bewezen te worden dat het kind inderdaad schade werd berokkend, wat verre van zeker is. In mijn meest onmiddellijke omgeving (familie en werkmilieu) weet men dat ik pedo ben, en het wordt er niet alleen getolereerd, maar ook geaccepteerd. In de gezinnen van mijn lievelingen ben ik kind aan huis. Er zijn er die tijdens de weekends niet weg mogen als ik er niet bij ben. Dolgraag had ik tegenover die ouders ook gezegd hoe smoorverliefd ik soms ben op hun kinderen, maar ik mag het risico niet nemen omwille van die onverbiddelijke wet, die volgens mij enkel op vooroordelen en op geen voldoende wetenschappelijke factoren berust om zijn strengheid en universele geldigheid te kunnen staven. Hoewel ik gelukkig ben, dolgelukkig zelfs, vooral dan omdat er zo&#039;n fijn klimaat is in mijn onmiddellijke leefwereld, doet het me toch pijn dat ik, omwille van die wetgeving, mij niet ruimer kan voordoen zoals ik ben. Ik ben er uit eigen ervaring van overtuigd dat die &lt;b&gt;altijd&lt;/b&gt; er in elk geval te veel aan is. Toch wordt dit impliciet in de wetgeving verondersteld (o.a. 248 bis, 244, 245 en 247). Wanneer een pedofiele verhouding aan het licht komt wordt die altijd gestraft, er hoeft niet eens bewezen te worden dat het kind inderdaad schade werd berokkend, wat verre van zeker is. In mijn meest onmiddellijke omgeving (familie en werkmilieu) weet men dat ik pedo ben, en het wordt er niet alleen getolereerd, maar ook geaccepteerd. In de gezinnen van mijn lievelingen ben ik kind aan huis. Er zijn er die tijdens de weekends niet weg mogen als ik er niet bij ben. Dolgraag had ik tegenover die ouders ook gezegd hoe smoorverliefd ik soms ben op hun kinderen, maar ik mag het risico niet nemen omwille van die onverbiddelijke wet, die volgens mij enkel op vooroordelen en op geen voldoende wetenschappelijke factoren berust om zijn strengheid en universele geldigheid te kunnen staven. Hoewel ik gelukkig ben, dolgelukkig zelfs, vooral dan omdat er zo&#039;n fijn klimaat is in mijn onmiddellijke leefwereld, doet het me toch pijn dat ik, omwille van die wetgeving, mij niet ruimer kan voordoen zoals ik ben.
