Vijf mannen zijn de afgelopen anderhalf jaar door het gerechtshof in Arnhem veroordeeld tot celstraffen van een jaar tot drieënhalf jaar plus tbs met dwangverpleging, omdat zij reizen naar Tunesië hadden georganiseerd om ontucht met minderjarigen te plegen. De mannen reisden in juni 2003 in groepjes van twee of drie naar de Tunesische kustplaats Sousse. Daar ontmoetten ze jongens tussen de 10 en 14 jaar, die - volgens de Nederlanders - zichzelf aanboden voor betaalde seks.
