The contemporary history in this book ['Tabu Homosexualität' by Gisela Bleibtreu-Ehrenberg, 1978] shows that there is a link between acceptance of homosexuality and demands for stronger protection of children and youths. It should therefor come as no surprise that laws "protecting" the youth have grown stronger at the same rapid pace that laws governing homosexuality have grown more lax. It remains for social critics to investigate this connection further and put the spotlight on the homophobic aspects of youth protection and children's rights organisations.<br>
