Oral rape and other sexual activity by a 14-year-old Farnborough boy on his two girl cousins were no more than sexual experimentation, a judge decided at Croydon Crown Court last Tuesday. Relatives in the public seats heaved a huge sigh of relief and some burst into tears of joy when they heard that the youth, now aged 15, was not going to be sent to detention for what he had done. He had pleaded guilty to four offences against the cousins, aged 11 and nine.
