Ex-NJ lawmaker sentenced to 5 years in custody for child porn

A judge on Thursday sentenced a former New Jersey lawmaker who championed legislation fighting child pornography to five years in custody for viewing nude images of underage girls. Neil Cohen will serve the term either in prison or a mental hospital. He must also register as a sex offender under Megan's Law.
