Scott Ritter busted again

Former U.N. weapons inspector, is accused of contacting what he thought was a 15-year old girl Pennsylvania for the purpose of an internet sex chat. Scott Ritter is in trouble again. The Delmar man, and former U.N. weapons inspector, is accused of contacting what he thought was a 15-year old girl from the Pocono's in Pennsylvania for the purpose of an internet sex chat. Police say Ritter committed a sex act on himself over a web cam in front of, what turned out to be, an undercover cop.
