We found the advert of the SM-extreme-film disgusting, and we are against distribution of child pornography in case it is not presumable that the children concerned have given their permission to do so.
We hope no members of Martijn are involved in this case of commercial child porn, and we wanted to make clear we do not want to be involved in possible persecution.

We consulted our lawyer and after we gave him permission to inform the “officier van justitie” of law-district Roermond (which includes Venlo).
Your name and address and the contents of your letter have not been passed on to our lawyer or the officier van justitie.
We sent our lawyer the copies you sent us, which he passed on to the officier van justitie.
We received from our lawyer the answer of the officier van justitie.
The officier states, that the user of the Venlo-postbox is a person, living in West-Germany, and that the German authorities already had started an investigation against the user of the postbox and other people.

We hope you are satisfied with these steps we took.
Of this letter we sent copies to Peter and Frank Torey, to Frans Gieles of the NVSH and to Frits Bernard.
